Tokyu Fudosan Holdings

Tokyu Fudosan Holdings is the main company which shoulders the real estate development business of the Tokyu Group.
It is a pure holding company that has management functions of the TLC Group.
The initial steps taken by the Tokyu Land Corporation Group date back to the development of “Den-en Chofu” in 1923, a pioneering project by the Den-en Toshi Co. (established 1918) that aimed at the development of an ideal town. A spirit of enterprise ever seeking out new challenges and unsurpassed development capabilities have since become our backbone, creating a comprehensive real estate enterprise group leading the real estate industry of Japan. The group’s field of business expanded to include not only the construction of apartments, office buildings, commercial facilities, resort facilities and facilities for seniors, but also the related businesses such as the management, distribution (brokerage) and renovation thereof.
